Login to your account
If you choose to login to your UWELL account, you will need to provide us
with your account information (you will need to provide the appropriate
UWELL user name and email address), in order to provide login services for
you; After you log in, we will collect your user name and email address
from your registered UWELL account from the system for information
display. Notice: If you only use the browsing and searching functions of
our website, you can choose to do without logging in or without providing
the above personal information.
E-mail feedback service
If you use the email feedback service of our website, we will collect your
name, email address, country/region, in order to fully analyze your
problem, efficiently provide appropriate solutions and reply to your
emails. After-sales service When you use the function of "after-sales
service", we will collect and use your name, country/region, collect
broken product information, product security code, etc., so that we can
identify your identity and contact you quickly. In order to send you new
products, we will provide your name, phone number, and location
information to the third-party logistics (3PL) service providers, who will
handle your contact information under their data security protection
standards and privacy policies.

Share with the three parties
In order to improve user experience and provide better services to you, we
will collect your IP address and browsing history, sharing it with Google
Analytics to analyze the usage of the website features. Google Analytics
uses encryption to keep your data safe while it's in transit. When we
registered with the Google Analytics tool, we already signed a developer
agreement, both parties strictly performed the data protection work in
accordance with the contract.
Manage your data

access, modify or delete your personal information or cancel your account

(2) If you think our ways of processing your data violated relevant laws

(3) if you want to cancel your account and delete your data, please
contact us at service@myuwell.com. Your data will be deleted after you
cancel your account, including your personal data from other services
associated with your Uwell account.
Location and duration of data storage
We will only keep your personal information as long as necessary to
achieve the purpose outlined in this Statement, and we will delete or
anonymize your personal information beyond the retention period set below
unless other requirements are set by laws and regulations. Relevant
business data storage is as follows:
(1) Your UWELL account information: UWELL account information, email
address, and other information will be encrypted and stored on the server
until you cancel your account and automatically delete the information.
(2) Your records of chats and email addresses will be encrypted and stored
on the server for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us.
(3) Your other information: name, email address, phone number, location,
IP address, browsing history, device identifier (SN), product model, and
other information collected during the services, will be encrypted and
stored in the server for up to 24 months from the date of your last
contact with us.
In addition, when we have a shutdown operation of products or services, we
will notify you in the form of notification, announcement, etc., and
delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable
period.
